Founded on February 2, 2025, Greater New Bethel Ministries Church of God in Christ was birthed through divine instruction and inspiration given to its founder, Pastor Charles H. Calloway. This ministry is not simply the result of a moment, but the culmination of a journey—shaped by faith, forged through experience, and established by obedience to God’s calling. Pastor Calloway’s path to pastoral leadership was deeply influenced by his spiritual mentor and “Father in the Gospel,” the late Bishop Robert L. Harris. Under Bishop Harris’s loving guidance and exemplary teaching, Pastor Calloway developed the foundational principles and spiritual insight that continue to guide his ministry today. The legacy of Bishop Harris lives on—woven into the very fabric of Greater New Bethel’s mission, message, and ministry. From the sacred moment when the church’s founding scripture was revealed to Pastor Calloway, Greater New Bethel Ministries has remained steadfast in its commitment to be a beacon of hope, truth, and transformation. Rooted in sound biblical teaching, inspired praise and worship, and a dynamic approach to ministry that bridges both tradition and innovation, the church seeks to reach every generation—especially through impactful youth engagement.
